Each team of 3 students shall complete an in-depth case study of a pertinent CRM topic that will
be assigned to you randomly. The styling guide to be used is American Psychological
Association (APA) 7th Ed. Format. This paper is graded on accuracy, completeness of
information, spelling, grammar, and references. The paper shall be typewritten, double-spaced,
one-inch margins, and 12-point font of either Times New Roman or Cambria. A minimum of
four quality references must be utilized, cited in-text correctly, and listed on the reference page.
A title page and reference page are required. An abstract page is not required. The minimum
word count is 1200 and maximum is 1300. To receive full credit, the body text must reside
within this range.
